How It Works
Step 01
Book a free consultation call. During this call, I will learn more about your business, your goals and objectives for your business, and the reason you decided to contact a bookkeeper. We will also discuss my services and how I can provide value to your business. If you are interested in moving forward, I will ask that you add me to your QuickBooks Online account as an accountant user so we can move forward to step 2.
Step 02
After receiving accountant user access to your books, I will conduct an in-depth analysis of the condition of your books. The purpose of this review will be to validate the information obtained during the consultation and to determine the scope of work necessary to get your financial information in good order. I will then put together a proposal outlining my recommendations and the cost of services. If you accept the proposal we will move forward to step 3.
Step 03
I will send you an engagement package. This package will include a detailed engagement letter that defines the responsibilities of each party, a clear scope of work, payment arrangements, and a list of all required documents and information that I will need in order to begin work. Simply sign the engagement letter and return it with a completed ACH agreement or credit card authorization form.
